Cowichan Water Management Plan (Tom Anderson – CVRD and Partners)

• The Cowichan Basin Water Management Plan began in Dec. 2005 and was completed in March, 2007.

• Funds have been pooled from Fed., Prov., Regional Governments and Cowichan Tribes, as well as Catalyst Paper and Pacific Salmon Commission.
• Westland Resource Group were contracted to guide the assessment and develop the plan .
