WATERLOGGED: BC Coastal Water Suppliers publish first newsletter

About the Coastal Water Suppliers Association

The Coastal Water Suppliers Association (formerly known as the Vancouver Island Water Distributors) has serviced Coastal and Vancouver Island water purveyors since 1971, and has been providing ongoing support and awareness to Coastal Water Suppliers and their associates by working in partnership with related Ministry agencies and water related organizations.

Membership is open to Improvement Districts, Municipalities, Regional Districts, private water purveyors as full voting members and to consultants, individuals and companies that provide goods or services to the water supply industry as associate non-voting members.

The association currently represents 57 water suppliers and 22 associate members in the Vancouver Island and Coastal BC region.

To Learn More:

“This is it. Our first attempt at a newsletter and what a learning curve it is for the digitally challenged. We are hoping to publish 2-3 times a year but this will depend on the community's needs and ideas,” writes Dick Stubbs, editor of Waterlogged.

“The CWSA Board has undergone many changes over the past months but out of it all there appears to be new energy to tackle the many issues we all face. To continue to serve you properly the Board needs to know your success’s and your challenges so that we can share and solve together.”
