Green Infrastructure Partnership announces that the ‘Topsoil Primer Set’ is now available for downloading

Bowker Creek Forum in Victoria provides an opportunity to talk about the critical substance and process “elements of success” for launching – and achieving – a green infrastructure objective
The Topsoil Law and Policy and Technical Primer Set synthesizes the pioneering experience of the City of Courtenay, City of Surrey and District of North Vancouver. This is a critically important first step in developing a suite of practical ‘green’ tools for use by municipal staff and designers.
“Our approach in developing the Primer Set has been to distil lessons learned into a series of succinct statements. Our focus is on ‘what do you have to do to get it done’. On February 23rd, Rémi Dubé and I look forward to having a conversation with those who attend the Bowker Creek Forum,” states Susan Rutherford, co-lead for development of the Primer Set.
