This website serves to provide users with a starting point to identifying the Who's Who in water and wastewater management in Canada. These may be associations, individual researchers, regulatory agencies, policy makers, educators, etc. in water and wastewater management.
CWWA: Technology Services and Suppliers Database
The purpose of this database is to provide gathered information regarding technology services and suppliers. Technologies may be in various stages: proposed, ongoing research and development, under testing or implementation. In addition, there is contact information for those that want to communicate with the appropriate person within that organization(s) for these services/supplier(s).
CWWA: Treatment Technologies Database
The information contained in this database includes current and emerging technologies used to treat water in all services and many sectors. It is a web-based database and can be searched and modified on-line.
CWWA: Research Projects Database
The purpose of this database is to provide gathered information regarding research being conducted throughout Canada and world-wide. This database has four sections:
areas of research, administrative/contact information, research information, funding information, and additional information.
CWWA: Training, Education for Water and Wastewater Operators Database
The intent of this database is to provide a central repository of information and associated links related to water and wastewater operator education, training and certification across Canada. It is hoped that educational and training agencies, through the use of tools such as this web-based database, will continue to share their resources and knowledge leading to some consistency in approach to water and wastewater education and training across Canada.

This website serves to provide users with a starting point to identifying the legislative and non-legislated tools available in the management of water and wastewater in Canada from centralized, largely municipal facilities.

CWWA: Directory of Contaminants Database
This is a web-based database composed of a listing of contaminants that are used in various industrial applications. The database may be searched using a parameter or an industrial sector.
Government of BC: Ministry of Water, Land and Air Protection – River Forecast Centre (RFC)
Staff of the RFC collect and interpret snow, meteorological and streamflow data to provide warnings and forecasts of stream and lake runoff conditions around the province.
