Philippine climate agency, engineers forge ties on

The Philippine Climate Change Commission recently forged ties with top ventilating, air-conditioning and refrigerating engineers in the Philippines to promote “green infrastructure” by setting new standards on energy-efficient buildings and rating system to reduce greenhouse-gas (GHG) emission and combat global warming.
