Canada’s greenest condo building located in North Vancouver, developer says

According to a story published in the North Shore Oulook community newspaper, a new condo development built to LEED platinum rating in the District of North Vancouver and due to finish in June 2009 is “Canada’s greenest condo building.”

Jeff Wiegel, the property developed told the Outlook that “green developments are in a boom growth period with realtors and builders scrambling to keep up with demand from the public.”
