ANNOUNCEMENT: Rainwater Harvesting Workshop includes Tradeshow Component

A One-Day Workshop

On December 3, 2013 the Partnership for Water Sustainability and the Irrigation Industry Association are co-hosting Get Your Mind Into the Gutter: A Workshop on Rainwater Harvesting in British Columbia.

“This one day workshop will provide information on how with the right controls in place, harvested rainwater can be used for irrigation, outdoor cleaning, flushing toilets, washing clothes and even drinking water,” states Mike Tanner, Partnership Director and Workshop Chair. “In conjunction with the workshop, we will also be holding a mini-tradeshow. This will provide an excellent opportunity for businesses to showcase their rainwater harvesting products.”

Why Be a Sponsor and/or Exhibitor

“In addition to PWSBC and IIABC members, the workshop is open to a wide variety of affiliate industry groups, including architects, builders, plumbers, engineers, landscapers, gardeners, do-it-yourselfers, water conservation leaders, and policy officials, in addition to rainwater system designers, installers and product representatives,” continues Mike Tanner.

“Sponsorship is a great way for the private sector to get involved and work with PWSBC and IIABC to help advance the rainwater harvesting industry and ensure its continued success!”

“The educational atmosphere stimulated by the workshop will allow all aspects of supplier products and/or services to be presented at a time conducive to discussions and understanding,” concludes Mike Tanner.
