Columbia Basin Trust: 10 Water Smart Action Plans are Complete

Beginning in March 2010, the Columbia Basin Trust's Water Smart Team worked collaboratively with each Water Smart community to develop a clear understanding of their local water conservation culture, their technical water system and consumption data, and the current and future state of their water system infrastructure.
