Water Quality and Waste Loadings in the Okanagan Basin

This Technical Supplement describes and presents the results of all water quality studies as carried out under the Okanagan Basin Agreement. The results of associated studies on the limnology of the main valley lakes, and waste-water treatment for the control of nutrient discharges, are covered in Technical Supplements IV and VI respectively. The presentation and discussion of water quality alternatives, based on these water quality, limnology, and waste treatment studies, is confined to the main report. The material presented in this supplement supercedes that of all earlier preliminary reports or publications prepared under the Canada-British Columbia Okanagan Basin Agreement. Read More
